Mastering Standards
As an industry standard, most mastered files are delivered as 16-bit / 44.1kHz WAV. This format meets radio broadcast standards, digital distribution requirements for platforms like Spotify, and is necessary if you intend to produce DDP CD masters. Select higher format standards if it’s specifically required for your project.
File Quality Guidelines
Provide the highest quality source files available.
Submit files at the original sample rate and bit depth from your recording/mixing session. Avoid upsampling or converting files.
Lossy formats (e.g., MP3, AAC) are not recommended for mastering.
File Preparation
If mastering two or more tracks, name your files clearly using the format: TrackNumber_ArtistName_TrackName.WAV.
Clearly label your files if they have been limited, equalized, or finalized.
Include information about your mixing engineer if applicable.
Only upload tracks intended for mastering; mixing session components are not needed unless previously discussed.
Upload your tracks to cloud storage (Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud, etc.) and provide the download link in your order form.
Revisions
Your first revision is complimentary. Additional revisions will be charged at 50% of the mastering engineer’s fee per track. Revisions typically take 2-5 business days, depending on the engineer’s availability.
How to Order - Step by Step

Select your desired options from the dropdown menus and add your order to the cart.
Step 2
Fill in the form that appears with detailed information about your tracks and mastering requests. Provide the cloud storage link to your tracks in the ‘Download Link’ field.
Step 3
Once your payment is complete, our mastering engineer will review your tracks. You will receive email communication confirming acceptance or addressing any potential issues.
Step 4
After mastering is complete, you will receive an email with a download link to your professionally mastered tracks.
