Sunday Honey
as special guests
Sunday Honey are a four-piece alternative-rock band based on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia. Consisting of members Elliott Willis (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Fox DeRoche (drums, vocals), Max Hilli (bass guitar) and Callum Johnson (lead guitar), they describe their sound as a cross between honey soul with a mixture of old rock. Forming in late 2021, they’ve already had great success, gaining the attention of many from around Australia. They've played shows at some iconic Melbourne venues such as the Leadbeater Hotel, the Toff in Town and the Cherry Bar, and have also played at festivals such as Music in the Park with Tones And I and Coastal Jam with Ziggy Alberts, Hockey Dad and The Terrys. They first flew onto the scene with their debut release in June of 2022, helping the lads gain a new fan base from all over the globe. They’ve since released a load more songs, including their debut EP ‘Kaleidoscope’. They’ve had massive Triple J support with ‘On My Mind’ and ‘Slow Dance’ being played frequently on Triple J, with Richard Kingsmill, Jess Perkins and Ash McGregor. ‘On My Mind’ has been described as “polished and slick, [with] a great sound.” (Perkins).

The World Is Not Round
as the Opener
With years of experience writing music together, The World Is Not Round found their own definition of indie music: mixing elements of rock, mid-western emo, synth-wave, and pop to blend a distinct kind of sound that elevates and soars through among the common taste.
Since then, the band has released one EP album in 2014 namely, “Random Electric EP”, and two full-length albums, “Alpha Rhythm” in 2016, and “oblatespheroid” in 2018. These releases were received positively in the Philippines and in Sydney, Australia. Their live performances were also labelled and praised as “catches you off guard” and “something really unique that hits the spot”.
Currently, the band is based in Sydney, and The World Is Not Round released their third full-length album, ‘speechless’ which is heavily praised by friends and fans alike.
